17-Year-Old Arrested for Vehicular Homicide After Fatal Crash on SR-82
A 17-year-old has been arrested and charged with vehicular homicide following a tragic multi-car crash on State Road 82 in Southwest Florida. The fatal accident, which occurred on September 7, claimed the life of the driver’s 17-year-old passenger.
The crash took place just before 2 p.m. near Harcourt Avenue, south of Alabama Road. Four vehicles were involved in the collision, but a white sedan fled the scene. The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) is still investigating the accident and actively searching for the driver of the white sedan.
