Outback Steakhouse launches holiday ‘Steakmas’ menu with 4 new items starting at $16.99 but it won’t stay on forever

MEAT-LOVERS are celebrating across the country as the Aussie-themed chain Outback Steakhouse launches this year’s Steakmas menu.

For Christmas, the restaurant chain launches “Steakmas Season” which sees a selection of menu items given a festive twist.

While some of the festive offerings are firm favourites, four others are entirely new to the menu.

Outback Steakhouse has declared the period between November and January 1, the most “steak-tacular” time of the year which is when the new menu will be in place.

The chain’s mischievous mascot Koala on the Walla will also be making a return.

Over Steakmas, the chain of restaurants will offer special drinks and food starting from just $16.99 as well as festive merchandise.

New to the menu is the Three Cheese Steak Dip described as a “merry blend of tender, seasoned steak, creamy three-cheese goodness, and a sprinkle of diced tomatoes and green onions.”

Also making its Steakmas debut is the Chimichurri Filet.

“It’s a vibrant twist on holiday cheer that’ll make your season sizzle,” Outback states.

The Bloomin’ French Onion Sirloin will also be on the menu this Christmas which the chain described on X as a “savory gift of flavor.”

This is a centre-cut sirloin topped with melted provolone cheese and crispy Bloomin’ Onion petals.

It also comes with a small and rich French onion soup which is “the ultimate holiday dip.”

The final new addition to the Steakmas menu is the Bourbon Onion Ribeye.

An 18oz bone-in-ribeye with “melt-in-your-mouth tenderness” is topped with savory bacon and onions that are caramelized in bourbon and roasted in garlic butter.

Order this for a “flavorful feast that’ll make your spirits bright.”

The Florida-based chain with almost 700 chains in the US is also bringing back firm Steakmas favorites.

Topping off the festive menu are The Gingerbread Cookie Martini, Smoked Cinnamon Pecan Old Fashioned, Chocolate Tower, and Bloomin’ Fried Shrimp.

The Gingerbread Martini even comes with a mini Koala keepsake.

Fans of the chain have gone wild after the chain shared the return of the festive menu on Facebook.

“STEAKMAS is back babyyyyy…” Outback wrote in a post.

The comments were quickly flooded with people tagging friends and family as well as numerous questions about the return of favorite items.

“It’s fantastic,” one wrote.

“I am in DESPERATE NEED of that Koala!!!” another said, before adding, “And the food.”

“Does this mean bloom petals are back?!!~” a third asked before being told by Outback that they now top the new French Onion Sirloin.

Those who want even more Outback festive joy can also get their hands on limited-edition merchandise.
