Horrific moment factory worker is run over by forklift truck while clueless colleague KEEPS on driving

A factory worker was struck by a forklift truck and suffered life-altering injuries.

The horrifying video, which was taken at the FloPlast Limited facility in Kent, shows his colleague driving even though the man is trapped beneath the wheels.

The cherry picker hit the nameless man when he was in Sittingbourne gathering goods.

He was barged for a few seconds before being pulled beneath the vehicle, and the driver did not try to slow down.

Four seconds later, the forklift driver seemed to realize what had happened and turned the machine around to release the victim.

The worker suffered a dislocated ankle and many fractures to his leg.

Employers must make sure they have appropriate policies in place to keep cars and people apart.

This entails offering safe work practices, suitable training protocols, and mechanisms to guarantee adherence to those precautions.

When it is discovered that workers are not adhering to these procedures, employers ought to take into account the causes and take further precautions if needed to mitigate the risk.
