Grease star looks unrecognisable as he’s spotted in LA more than 45 years after smash hit movie
An original T-Bird has been seen appearing very different from his appearance in the classic film Grease.
In the 1978 movie Grease, which starred Olivia Newton, John Travolta, and Kelly Ward, Roger “Putzie” plays a character.
Kelly, who turned 68 this week, was the youngest member of the T-Birds and the attractive blonde student at Rydell High School.
The day after his big day, Kelly, who looks quite different from his Putzie persona, was sighted in California this week.
Kelly was spotted on Monday arriving at a Glendale voice-over studio after celebrating his birthday.
The actor, who was wearing a pink long-sleeve shirt, blue denim jeans, and sneakers, was holding a notebook and wearing thin-framed glasses.

Kelly’s character Putzie has a sweetheart named Jan in the popular romantic film.
Putzie was shocked that Jan didn’t charge him for a lot of food and even called her a cheap date before they went on a date to Frosty Palace.
Putzie attempted to apologize, worried that he had offended his fiancée, but she took the remark as intended and invited him to join her for some of her mother’s pie.
It was Putzie who unintentionally hit fellow T-Bird Kenickie in the head with the automobile door at Thunder Road.
‘GREASE CAST IS AN EXTENDED FAMILY’
Kelly previously told Snapkle about her role in Grease: “It’s a great thing to be a part of that phenomenon.”
“It s oft-repeated, but none of us really had any idea that it would be as successful and pervasive as it is,” he stated.
“So it s always a delight and a surprise when it seems to keep going eternally.”
“But the fact that we maintain relatively regular contact is the true source of joy for those of us who did it,” he continued.
It is a large family. We are really supportive of one another. We have, of course, lost some.
STILL IN THE WORLD OF SHOWBIZ
Kelly has acted in a number of other films since Grease, and he even started working as a voice director for Disney Television Animation.
