Kylie Jenner gives rare sneak peek inside $36.5m Holmby Hills mansion featuring $15k Dior treadmill and nude artwork
Fans have been able to see inside Kylie Jenner’s opulent $36.5 million home.
On Sunday, the 27-year-old mother of two showcased some luxurious areas of her house on her Instagram stories.
Kylie lives in the contemporary home in the Bel Air and Beverly Hills neighborhood of Holmby Hills.
For $36,500,000, the celebrity bought the “exceptionally built and designed single-story compound”. In 2019, it was constructed.
In addition to being a loving mother to her 6-year-old daughter Stormi and 2-year-old son Aire, Kylie is building two more homes: one in the Hidden Hills and one in Calabasas.
However, over the weekend, Kylie posted some stunning pictures of her Holmby Hills house on social media.

In one picture, Kylie’s enormous home theater was visible, with rows of soft gray chairs facing a giant screen.
With multiple rows positioned in front of the enormous movie screen, the seats had cup holders in the arm rests, making them ideal for viewing the newest films.
Kylie’s next photo was of her dining room, and it came with a confession from the celebrity.
She wrote, “Things around my home that make me happy,” above the picture of a big dining table set against a white backdrop.
NUDE ARTWORK
There was a large piece of wall art behind the dining table, which appeared to be made of marble, with gray seats surrounding it.
The wall art in Kylie’s dining room featured a naked image of what appeared to be a woman shaving her legs against a vivid green backdrop.

The following picture showed a boucle chair in a comfortable corner, with a lovely glow of light shining into the picture, making the room appear warm and inviting.
Kylie posted a picture of a black and white picture of herself with her parents and all of her siblings that was hanging on the wall, showcasing a more intimate area of her house.
The following photo showed a wooden children’s table adjacent to a glass door that opened into the garden.
The table, which was made of pine-colored wood, was surrounded by two chairs. Through the glass door in the backdrop, another table and chair set could be seen.

Kylie shared a picture of herself wearing a black leather trench coat on Instagram on October 24, 2023, along with the message, “Meet khy.”
The brand reportedly involves Jens and Emma Grede, the same husband and wife team behind Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS and Khlo Kardashian’s Good American.
Playing on her nickname, Kylie said the clothing line will provide stylish pieces at a lower cost than traditional designer labels.
“The whole line is really inspired by my personal wardrobe, and the different moods that I’m in…[the first drop] is very King Kylie who I am at my core,” Kylie stated in an interview with the Wall Street Journal.
It’s her most recent endeavor, but it’s not just about fashion.
Additionally, she works with her sister Kendall Jenner on their clothing line, Kendall + Kylie, which is offered for sale at the lifestyle retail store PacSun.

VAIN AND IN VOGUE
The following image showed Vogue magazines on top of a dark oak cabinet.
One of the front covers of the aforementioned Vogue publications featured her sister Kendall Jenner, while the other featured Kylie and her baby Stormi.
On her account, she also posted a picture of a circular coffee table with a bowl of Rolo chocolates wrapped in gold in the middle.
“Rolos, obviously,” she wrote next to the photo.
In the next offering, Kylie celebrated her affluence by showcasing her Christian Dior treadmill at home.
$15,000 TREADMILL
Dior described the $15,000 treadmill, which was a limited edition item from the company in 2022, as “elegant, user-friendly, intuitive and quiet.”

Kylie posted a picture of some Thanksgiving cookies her mother, Kris Jenner, had sent after flaunting her gym and pricey designer treadmill.
