According to a deal approved by the municipal board, Rosemont will purchase the building, which is set to close on January 10.
The first story will house an innovative new restaurant in its place, and the second floor will continue to be used for offices.
The concept of the upcoming restaurant, according to Mayor Brad Stephens, will be distinct from what is now available in the entertainment district. He said, “I can’t divulge it yet, but it will be something pretty cool.”
