Former Tory minister Andrea Jenkyns joins Reform UK as party’s candidate for new mayor post months after losing seat

Dame Andrea Jenkyns has been chosen to represent the party in the newly created position of Mayor of Greater Lincolnshire, Nigel Farage said.
After being elected to parliament in 2015, Dame Andrea notably won the Morley and Outwood seat from shadow chancellor Ed Balls.
She announced to the media and partygoers that she was “joining the party of the brace” and that “our once great country is at a crisis point” as she took the stage.
