Terry Bradshaw held back by Fox NFL host Curt Menefee after Howie Long confronts him to say ‘you’re soft’ live on air
Terry Bradshaw and Howie Long, his co-star in the Fox NFL, were engaged in a confrontation.
Additionally, the host of the show held back the former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback.
Fox’s Thanksgiving special aired the humorous episode on Thursday.
Prior to the networks’ broadcast of the New York Giants vs. Dallas Cowboys game, the Fox NFL Sunday crew was on call.
And when Long turned to face Bradshaw, they were talking about the NFC East game.
Long was talking about how the locker room problems in New York were being played out in public.

Insisting, “I don’t have a problem with what was said,”
“I had an issue with anything that was done in public.
“In the locker room, you do it.
“I’m going to walk up to you and tell you face to face ‘you’re soft.'”
Long emphasized his point by delivering the final portion of his speech in front of Bradshaw.
The 76-year-old, however, refused to back down from a man who was 12 years his junior.
Bradshaw retorted, “You’re talking to the wrong guy,”
Menefee asked Bradshaw whether he needed to be held back, and Long laughed off his answer.
Fox assigned Bradshaw, Long, Menefee, and Michael Strahan double holiday duties.
Three days after working Thanksgiving, the quartet will all appear on Fox NFL Sunday.
Jimmy Johnson, who will be off on Sunday, was also on the Thanksgiving show.

Terry Bradshaw’s admission that he had used his identity left Tom Brady speechless.
Brady was made aware of a 1983 newspaper article about a guy named Thomas Brady undergoing surgery by host Curt Menefee.
In reality, that was Bradshaw during his playing days with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
During his 13-year tenure as Pittsburgh’s quarterback, Bradshaw won four Super Bowls.
When I checked in, they told me, ‘You’re not going to get checked in under your name because you’ll get hassled. What do you want to go under,'” the former Steelers quarterback clarified.
“I mentioned, ‘Put me under Thomas Brady.'”
“That’s how it happened.”

A former Patriots tight endGronkowski was not present at Week 12’s Fox NFL Sunday and did not attend the Thanksgiving event.
At AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, Tom Brady and Kevin Burkhardt were on the call for the Giants vs. Cowboys game.

After working the holiday, Fox’s top personnel was also granted a holiday over Thanksgiving weekend.
On Sunday, the network will broadcast five games over two sessions, but Brady and Burkhardt won’t be in the booth for any of them.
