Brit businessman’s model daughter Luciana Curtis who worked with Beyonce KIDNAPPED with husband & son & held in shack

A British businessman’s daughter, a model, her husband, and their child were abducted from a Brazilian restaurant.

Following the horrifying experience of being detained in a shack, Luciana Curtis, her husband Henrique Gendre, and their 11-year-old child are currently recuperating.

The family was ambushed by armed thieves who allegedly stole their car and money from their bank accounts before releasing them after holding them captive for over twelve hours.

On Wednesday evening, the three were abducted by the band of robbers as they were leaving a restaurant in Alto do Lapa.

According to local accounts, the couple’s oldest child didn’t raise the alarm until the next morning after discovering that her family hadn’t come home.

After calling a family member, the frightened daughter dialed the police.

According to reports, the model, who has collaborated with celebrities like Beyoncé and appeared on the pages of Marie Claire and Cosmopolitan, was detained overnight with her family in a shanty.

HORROR ORDEAL

There was only a mattress, toilet, and sink in the wooden shack in Brasilandia, one of the 96 districts of San Paulo.

As the police searched for the family, Luciana, her husband, and their youngest kid were freed from their captors.

After their captors left the hideaway and took the model’s car, the frightened family turned to the villagers for assistance.

They were quickly transported to safety, and the 47-year-old model’s representative told the local media that “The family has been released and they are safe and well.”

It is believed that their kidnappers moved funds from the couple’s bank accounts to their own while they were locked up in the wooden cabin.

Officers have been examining CCTV footage surrounding the unnamed eatery where the gang struck as part of an investigation by a specialized police anti-kidnap squad.

The shack where the family was taken has already been found by detectives.

Police confirmed in a statement: “The victims were taken hostage by armed bandits who approached them outside a restaurant.

“During the search by specialist police teams, the gang abandoned the family and fled.”

Regarding the experience, neither Curtis nor her spouse have commented.

Curtis, who was born in Brazil, is the daughter of teacher Katia Maria Furtado de Mendonca Curtis and British businessman Malcolm Leo Curtis.

Although she resides mostly in New York, she was born in Sao Paulo.

After beginning modeling at the age of 14, the gorgeous brunette advanced to the 1993 Brazilian Supermodel of the World final.

While she was at a shopping mall, a scout gave her an invitation to the tournament.

After being in the top four, Curtis went on to appear on the covers of numerous magazines and join Beyonce in the global promotion for L’Oreal’s “True Match” foundation and powder.

She and several models appeared on the cover of ELLEBrazil earlier this year.
