CONSUMERS scouring the aisles for Christmas gifts should take note of an upcoming retail halt that will impact stores such as Sam’s Club.

In a matter of weeks, the membership warehouse club intends to shutter 600 outlets for the entire day.

With millions of Americans feverishly looking for the finest bargains and finds, the holidays are the busiest time of year for merchants.

To attract customers, a lot of stores are holding seasonal specials and events before to Christmas.

However, the holiday shopping frenzy will come to an abrupt halt on the big day, with the majority of retailers closing shop on Christmas Day.

One such business is Sam’s Club, which closes on Christmas to give its employees time to spend with their loved ones.

In addition, Sam’s Club is closed on Thanksgiving, Easter, and New Year’s Day.

On December 25, the warehouse club will not be open, but customers can still enjoy its holiday shopping hours.

Sam’s Club generally closes at 8 PM on Mondays through Saturdays and 6 PM on Sundays.

However, the retail giant will temporarily extend its hours and be open until 8 PM every day from November 22 through December 23.

On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, customers can anticipate different hours.

On both holidays, Sam’s Club will close early at 6 PM.
