Beaming Princess Kate arrives at Westminster Abbey to film her Christmas carol concert

Princess Kate is overjoyed to be filming her Christmas carol concert at Westminster Abbey.

With her most moving carol service to date following her cancer diagnosis, the Princess of Wales will kick off the star-studded Christmas festivities tonight.

She wore a crimson coat that Sarah Burton created for Alexander McQueen when she arrived to the abbey this evening.

Prince William, Princess Charlotte, Prince George, and Prince Louis will join Kate at the Together at Christmas ceremony in Westminster Abbey.

This year’s subject of love and empathy is about how much we need each other, especially during the most trying periods in our life, she wrote in a letter to all 1,600 guests.

Given the Princess’s difficult year, which includes receiving a cancer diagnosis, undergoing treatment, and being the target of nasty trolling, it is anticipated that the service will be especially poignant for her personally.

In the letter to visitors, Kate also mentions how Christmas inspires us to focus on love rather than fear. the affection we give to one another and to ourselves.

The area has been decked out with festive foliage and decorations, and there is a Kindness Tree outside that the children are supposed to decorate.

King Charles, Queen Camilla, and other members of the Royal Family will also be present.

Camilla had been struggling with post-viral exhaustion.

Olivia Dean, Paloma Daith, Gregory Porter, and JP Cooper are among the guests who will play at the celebration.

The Prince of Wales, Olympian Adam Peaty OBE, Sophie Okonedo CBE, Michelle Dockery, and Richard E. Grant will also make speeches.

Guests include Sir Chris Hoy, a six-time Olympic gold medallist with terminal cancer.

1,600 people who have helped others in their communities—whether personally with friends and family, professionally, or through voluntary work—will fill Westminster Abbey.

She stunned visitors with a solo piano recital in 2021, and there are rumors that she might be organizing something noteworthy this year as well.

“This year’s service provides a moment to reflect upon the importance of love and empathy, and how much we need each other, especially in the most difficult times of our lives,” a Palace spokesperson said in an announcement about the concert.

“People from all over the UK who have exhibited love, generosity, and understanding to others in their communities will be highlighted by the service.

Her Royal Highness wishes to honor the numerous individuals helping those in need this year.

“People who have encouraged, counseled, consoled, and most importantly, demonstrated that love is the best gift we can get.”
