Jay-Z accused of raping girl, 13, with Diddy after MTV’s VMAs in bombshell civil lawsuit – as he slams ‘blackmail’
According to a shocking complaint, JAY-Z is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl with Diddy following the MTV VMA awards.
The rapper is accused of sexually abusing the unnamed kid at an after-party in 2000, according to a civil lawsuit filed on Sunday.
According to NBC News, the anonymous complainant, who is only identified as Jane Doe in court documents, claimed to have been raped during a house party.
She says she was given a lift to the residence by a driver at the VMAs who said he worked for Diddy, where she allegedly took a drink that left her “woozy” prior to the alleged attack.
According to the lawsuit, Diddy and an unidentified female celebrity observed Jay-Z raping her while holding her down.
It is a component of a federal case that was refiled on Sunday to include Jay-Z and was filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs, 55, in New York in October.
Diddy is being imprisoned in a New York jail before his trial for sex trafficking and racketeering in May of next year.
The 55-year-old Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, has refuted every allegation made against him.
According to the rapper’s statement to The Sun, the suit is “blackmail.”
He stated: “A lawyer [acting on behalf of Jane Doe] submitted a demand letter, which is a form of blackmail, to my lawyer.
He had anticipated that I would want to settle because of the gravity of these accusations and the public scrutiny.
“No, sir, it did the exact opposite!
“I felt compelled to publicly expose you as the fake that you are. Therefore, no, I won’t give you a single red penny.
According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe did not have a ticket for the VMAs on September 7, 2000, but was dropped off by a friend at Radio City Music Hall, according to NBC.
According to court filings, she approached a number of limo drivers to gain entry to the event or an after-party.
According to the lawsuit, one driver claimed to be Diddy’s employee and indicated she would be the right fit for Diddy’s needs.
After the VMAs, he offered her a lift to the house where the party was being hosted and extended an invitation to her.
After being driven to a white home with a U-shaped driveway, she was requested to sign what she claimed might have been a nondisclosure agreement.
According to NBC, Jane Doe said she was served a drink that made her feel dizzy, queasy, and [like] she needed to lie down, so she walked into a room to relax.
According to the lawsuit, Diddy said, “You are ready to party!” as he and Jay-Z entered the room.
As Diddy and an unidentified female celebrity observed the alleged rape, Jay-Z allegedly undressed her, held her down, and attacked her.
“These accusations are so heinous in nature that I beg you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!” Jay-Z said in his statement to The Sun.
Would you not agree that someone who would perpetrate such a crime against a youngster ought to be imprisoned?
“These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.”
“My only heartbreak is for my family,” Jay-Z concluded in his statement.
“My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people.”
Diddy has resisted accusations made against him, and he has refuted the accusations made in the complaint.

“This amended complaint and the recent extortion lawsuit against Mr. Buzbee expose his barrage of lawsuits against Mr. Combs for what they are: shameless publicity stunts, designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear having lies spread about them, just as lies have been spread about Mr. Combs,” the spokesperson for Sean Combs continued.
“Mr. Combs has complete faith in the facts and the fairness of the court system, as his legal team has stated previously. The truth will win out in court: Mr. Combs never sexually abused or trafficked any adult or child.

“A lawyer named Tony Buzbee sent a demand letter, which is a form of extortion, to my lawyer. He had anticipated that I would want to settle because of the gravity of these accusations and the public scrutiny.
It did the exact reverse, sir! I felt compelled to publicly reveal you as the phony that you are. Therefore, no, I won’t give you a single red penny!
I beg you to pursue a criminal complaint rather than a civil one since these accusations are so egregious! Would you not agree that someone who would perpetrate such a crime against a youngster ought to be imprisoned?
If such were the case, these purported victims would be entitled to true justice.
These kinds of antics appear to be a pattern for this lawyer, about whom I have done some research!
I’m not sure how you become such a horrible person, Mr. Buzbee, but I can assure you that I have encountered people like you countless times. I’m more than ready to handle your kind. You say that you’re a Marine? You lack pride and dignity, whereas Marines are renowned for their bravery.
My family is the only thing that breaks my heart. My wife and I will need to have a conversation with our kids, one of whom is old enough that her friends will undoubtedly read the press and inquire about the veracity of these allegations and the brutality and avarice of people. I lament the loss of innocence once more. Young children shouldn’t have to go through such things. It is unjust to have to attempt to comprehend unfathomable levels of evil intended to destroy human soul and families.
My sympathies and solidarity are with the real victims throughout the world who must witness how this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit has dressed up their life narrative for financial gain.
You’ve made a grave mistake by assuming that all celebrities are the same. I’m from a different universe. I’m a young man who survived the Brooklyn project. These kinds of games are not what we play. Our honor and codes are quite stringent. You seem to take advantage of individuals for your own benefit, while we safeguard children. Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable.
I’m excited to demonstrate my differences to you.
