Walmart shopper boycotts store and begs to ‘bring back cashiers’ after fuming over ‘frozen products’

For years, a WALMART customer has been boycotting the massive retailer after criticizing it on social media for its ineffective checkout processes.

After being irritated by previous frozen product problems, the consumer pleaded with the store to recruit extra cashiers.

In 1986, a Kroger grocery store installed the first self-checkout machine.

Large retailers have since embraced the technology and are gradually starting to depend on it instead of traditional cashiers.

Although many customers have complained about the kiosks, they were designed to speed up the checkout process and lessen the workload for staff.

Many customers now detest self-checkout because of the lengthy lineups, scanning problems, and increased workload.

Last month, one Walmart customer wrote an Xpost expressing their contempt for the machines.

“To be honest, I quit going to Walmart long before COVID even existed. Since all of the registers are self-checkout,” they raged.

The customer claimed that their groceries were damaged as a result of the lengthy and difficult self-checkout process.

“After loading and unloading, scanning and bagging, and grocery shopping. “It is no longer frozen everything.” The customer complained. “BRING BACK THE CASHIERS! AND I’LL RETURN.”

For the same reason, another Walmart patron vowed to boycott the business.

“Your self-checkout sucks,” the client swore, dissatisfied with the 30-minute wait time.

DELIVERY DISS

Walmart is being criticized for both its in-store and out-of-store activities, including delivery.

A customer who frequently discovered items missing from their shipments pledged never to utilize the chain’s delivery services again.

The Walmart+ customer was dismayed to discover that more than 20 products from their delivery order were missing, even though they had hoped to benefit from their membership benefits.

“I ordered 28 products from Walmart+, and I just received my delivery. Can you guess how many I received in my package? “Six!” yelled the client.

Walmart+ Perks

The retail behemoth’s subscription service, Walmart+, costs $12.95 a month or $98 annually. It provides several advantages, such as:

“Two bags containing six things were dropped off by the driver. Twenty-two things were completely forgotten! No more deliveries from Walmart.

Another customer stated in the comment area that they stopped shopping at Walmart because of a decline in customer care, which they attributed to self-checkout.

“Sadly, going to the stores who close their registers and only have self-service has completely ruined their stores,” they stated.

“The self-serve registers are also devoid of paper. Walmart was abandoned. I hope your shipping experience goes better.

Regarding Walmart’s deteriorating service, the original user concurred, describing its delivery ordering as “so bad.”

“I spent nearly $100 on the year. Crazy,” they penned. “This has happened three times now.”
