“Years before it became this terrible, I stopped watching YouTube TV. “That NFL contract must have f***ed up their bottom line, but it was reasonable once,” someone another said.

When YouTube TV first launched in 2017, its streaming package cost only $35 a month.

The price tag jumped to $50 in 2019 and has continued to rise.

The cost of the service increased from $64.99 to $72.99 in March 2023.

Prior increases occurred as YouTube TV expanded the number of channels available for live streaming.

YouTube TV’s annual payment of more than $2 billion to the NFL for the exclusive rights to Sunday Ticket is the reason for the most recent price increase.

In addition to a DVR with limitless storage, YouTube TV gives users access to over 100 channels including regional sports networks, cable, and broadcast networks.

Additionally, up to six accounts per household with three continuous streams are advertised by the streaming bundle.
