Amid rumors surrounding Deion Sanders’ future, Travis Hunter made a clear statement.
Because of his accomplishments as head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes at Folsom Field, he has established a solid reputation.
And that led to rumors that Sanders, 57, will become the new head coach of the Dallas Cowboys.
However, his star guy, Hunter, insists that Sanders will never leave Colorado.
The 21-year-old rising star stated: “I gained a lot of knowledge.

“He’s going to be right where he’s at right now.”
For the 2023 NCAA season, Hunter and Sanders both transferred from Jackson State to Colorado.
Additionally, the wide receiver’s stellar season with his team was not overlooked.
The Florida native has already won the Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year award, the Lott Trophy, the Chuck Bednarik Award, the Fred Biletnikoff Award, and the Walter Camp Award.
This week, he also received the esteemed Associated Press College Player of the Year award.
In order to finish his incredible perfect sweep, he is also anticipated to win the coveted Heisman Trophy on Saturday night.
It appears like Hunter will be selected among the first overall picks in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Despite the possibility of injury prior to their major NFL breaks, he pledged to play with coach Sanders’ quarterback son Shedeur in the Alamo Bowl against the BYU Cougars on December 28.
“I want to finish this thing right because I started it with Coach Prime and Shedeur and most of the coaches on the coaching staff,” Hunter continued. “It’s definitely important.”
“I’m going to go ahead and finish this off properly because I didn’t give them a full season my first year [due to injury].”
“I’m going to go out there and dominate and show him how loyal I am since this is going to be our last game together.
“I’m very excited about it. Before the offseason begins, I can’t wait to get out there and play football again.”
