Veteran NFL cult hero hints at shock return to league after leading high school team to surprise state title
Teddy Bridgewater, an NFL veteran who left the game to coach high school football, is prepared to make a surprise comeback.
Bridgewater played for the Minnesota Vikings, New Orleans Saints, Carolina Panthers, Denver Broncos, Miami Dolphins, and Detroit Lions during his nine seasons in the NFL.
However, he left in 2024 to coach Miami Northwestern High School, where he led his former school to a state championship.
The quarterback is now prepared to rejoin the NFL.
According to Bridgewater, “That’s the plan,” NFL Network reported. My group is aware of the plan.
In order to continue coaching high school football, we wanted to win a state title. After that, the coach returns to the league to observe the results and then returns in February for the offseason.
