Deion Sanders shows true colors over Colorado Buffaloes head coach future and makes his feelings clear
After his kid is picked, DEION Sanders has no intention of leaving Colorado.
In a recent interview, Sanders put an end to all of the rumors that he was quitting collegiate football to play in the NFL.
After leading the Colorado Buffaloes from a 1-11 record to a 9-3 record, Sanders is wrapping up his second season as coach.
Many believed that Sanders would look for bigger and better possibilities after his brilliant rebuild, but he is staying put.
Sanders expressed his love for Colorado and his intention to remain there for the long run during an appearance on The PacMan Jones Show.
“I’m in love with Boulder, Colorado,” stated Sanders.

“I have every plan and every goal in the world to coach the Colorado Buffs going forward.
“This is where I want to end. I’d want to raise the flag. I want the mountains out there to bear my name.
“I want to put my flag down in Colorado.”
He put an end to the notion that Sanders would be the future head coach of the Dallas Cowboys, which Michael Irvin had previously expressed.
“Oh Lord, please don’t start that,” Sanders murmured.
“I love it where I am.”
Much of the conjecture about Sanders’ departure has been fueled by his son, Shedeur, leaving Colorado for the NFL.
But in his son’s absence, Sanders has done a good job of restocking his quarterback room.
Julian Lewis, a five-star player, committed to Colorado after he made his decision public on ThePat McAfeeShow last month.
On Wednesday, Sanders also added Kaidon Salter, a transfer quarterback from Liberty.
In 11 games this season, Salter has tossed for 1,886 yards, 15 touchdowns, and six interceptions.
