Deion Sanders drops major hint over who son Shedeur will join in NFL Draft 2025 and what pick number QB will be
DEION Sanders thinks the New York Giants will select his son Shedeur first overall in the 2025 NFL Draft.
The 22-year-old Shedeur is one of the most sought-after prospects expected to enter the Draft.
Along with Travis Hunter and Cam Ward, the quarterback is ranked highly on most draft boards.
Given their current 2–12 record, the Giants are probably going to select first overall in the April Draft.
Additionally, Sanders, a two-time Super Bowl champion and his son’s coach at Colorado, is certain that Shedeur will get to New York.
“The Giants won’t give up their pick,” he informed Adam Jones. “They will not relinquish their pick.

The question “If the Giants are the number one pick, who is the number one pick?” was then posed to him more directly.
He repeated, “Shedeur’s gonna be the number one pick,” with assurance.
With a 2–12 record, the Las Vegas Raiders are also expected to be selected highly in the draft.
Sanders, 57, is unsure if they will choose Hunter or Ward, though.
“The game begins to play at that point,” he continued.
“The Raiders could go with Cam or there could be some junk in the game and take Trav.”
The New England Patriots, Jacksonville Jaguars, Carolina Panthers, Tennessee Titans, and Cleveland Browns are among the clubs with 3-11 records that are expected to receive high draft selections.
For weeks, Shedeur has been connected to the Raiders.
He recently caused a stir on Instagram when he shared a photo of their 65,000-seat Allegiant Stadium.
‘IT’S A NICE STADIUM’
When Sanders appeared on The Travis Hunter Show, he was questioned about the motivation behind the post.
“I received some inquiries about Las Vegas.” What you posted on your article, buddy, is what I’m talking about. Why did you post that? Hunter enquired.
“Because it’s a nice stadium, bro,” Sanders retorted.
Hunter made fun of his friend’s reaction while laughing.
