Simone Biles husband Jonathan Owens in huge live TV fail during Chicago Bears win over rivals Green Bay Packers
Jonathan Owens, the NFL defender and spouse of Simone Biles, made a live television gaffe during the Chicago Bears’ victory against the Green Bay Packers.
The scene with the gymnast’s husband took place during the Week 18 regular-season finale at Lambeau Field, home of the Packers.
The Bears’ safety Owens recovered a fumble from the Packers’ Jayden Reed at the end of the first quarter.
The 29-year-old went into the endzone to celebrate after the play.
Even though he didn’t score a touchdown, Owens tried to make the Lambeau Leap—a leap into the fans.
Unfortunately, he was unable to enter the stands after slipping and falling during the effort.

Luckily, Owens was unharmed by the fall.
Nevertheless, others on social media expressed how they felt about the failure.
One wrote, “Need to hit the mats Owens!”
Another person said, “That’s not funny but it is!!!!!”
“Worst attempt I’ve ever seen,” further stated a third.
In spite of the cold, Biles went to see the game.
Before the competition, the seven-time gold medalist was seen kissing Owens on the sidelines.
She was able to witness the Bears defeat the Packers 24–22.
Owens participated in the Bears’ inaugural season.
Last year, he had played for the Packers.
In 2023, Biles and Owens tied the knot.
