The U.S. Sun has exclusive photos of an actor on the first day of his trial who is accused of drugging two women who were dropped at hospitals and died.
After being detained on the set of NCIS and freed on $40,000 bail, Brandt Osborn entered a not guilty plea to two counts of accessory after the fact.
Following a night of partying, the 44-year-old actor is accused of assisting Hollywood producer pal David Pearce in dumping model Christy Giles and her friend Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola at two different hospitals.
In addition to two murder charges, Pearce has entered a not guilty plea to linked charges of sexual assault against seven women from 2007 to 2020.
Obsorn is seen this week sporting a light gray suit, white shirt, and cream Yeezy sneakers in exclusive images and video that The U.S. Sun was able to secure.
During a lengthy first day of jury selection in Downtown Los Angeles, he seemed relaxed as he consumed a sandwich and drank a bottle of Smart Water.

After the proceedings concluded at approximately 4 p.m., Osborn and his attorney were spotted waiting outside the court for a cab to take them home.
Before jury selection started early in the morning, the two were heard discussing football and the O.J. Simpson trial, according to the U.S. Sun.
‘KILLER COCKTAIL’
At the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center on Monday, Pearce, who is still in detention, was also spotted sporting gray hair, a white blouse, and dark pants.
Potential jurors were informed by Judge Eleanor Hunter that the trial would likely go longer than usual, possibly ranging from 18 to 20 days.
In addition to the claimed sexual assaults on many Jane Does, she read out the charges and warned the court to anticipate graphic details of the women’s deaths.
“I’m sure this is not the way you wanted to start your New Year,” Hunter said to potential jurors, but she also acknowledged the significance of the case in light of the passing of model Giles and her architect friend.
Although they were not present in court on Monday, the two women’s friends and family are anticipated to attend the trial later this week.
The indictment claims that on November 12, 2021, Giles and Cabrales-Arzol attended a warehouse party in Los Angeles.

When Giles, 24, was discovered outside Southern California Hospital in Culver City, she had already passed away.
Hours after Giles was dropped off, 26-year-old Cabrales-Arzol was found outside Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles Hospital in critical condition.
A day before her 27th birthday, her family subsequently removed her from life support.
After thinking the women were drugged, their devastated families are frantic for justice.
According to toxicology findings, both victims had various narcotics in their systems, and the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner categorized their deaths as homicides.
Cocaine, fentanyl, gamma-hydroxybutyric acid (GHB), a date-rape drug, and ketamine were among the substances that killed Giles.
Cabrales-Arzol died of severe drug intoxication and multiple organ failure.
The medical examiner-coroner decided that she had “probable other undetermined” substances in her system in addition to cocaine and MDMA.
Two hooded men driving a black Toyota Prius without license plates were seen dropping Giles off at the hospital in surveillance footage.
Police expressed fear that other victims “could have been drugged by one or more of these men” at the time of Pearce and Osborn’s arrests.
Giles and Cabrales-Arzola’s sad last few hours have received a lot of attention in this case.
With plans for partying and an after-party in the Hollywood Hills, their evening started with an art display at Soho House in West Hollywood.
However, the women never reached their objective.
According to Giles’ phone logs, she texted her pal, “Let’s get out of here,” along with a wide-eyed emoji, at approximately 5:30 am on November 13.
Following her straightforward “Yes” response, Cabrales-Arzola said she had phoned an Uber, but then there was radio silence.
Giles ceased to read and respond to any more texts.
In a 2022 interview with The U.S. Sun, her distraught husband, Jan Cilliers, expressed relief at the allegations.
“The longer we can keep these men off the streets, the better,” Cilliers stated.
“They shouldn’t be allowed to hurt other people. Although I am unable to reveal their motivations, the result speaks for itself.
“It’s been a wild emotional rollercoaster – just coming to terms with life without her and the nightmare of how it all came to pass,” Jan continued when asked how he has been with the loss of his wife.
