Why did Ekin-Su and Davide from Love Island split?
Prior to their breakup in 2023, EKIN-SU C lc Lo Lu and Davide Sanclimenti were one of the most well-known couples to compete on Love Island.
For a second chance at love, Ekin-Su will be making a comeback to the program in Love Island: All Stars.
Falling in love
On the third day of 2022, Ekin-Su made her shocking entrance into the mansion.
She started dating Davide, but they soon had issues after Ekin-Su kissed Jay in private.
The pair made it to the finish of the show despite Davide’s well-known accusations that his companion was a “actress” and a “liar.”
The pair started a show called Ekin-Su and Davide: Homecomings after winning the eight Love Island series.

The two returned to their hometowns in Turkey and Italy during the series.
Ekin-Su and Davide’s tragic split
Sadly, the two parted ways in 2023 and then got back together for a short while.
For the last time, they split up in January 2024.
On Instagram, Ekin-Su shared the devastating news.
She said on social media: “Like any relationships, the past 18 months have been an up-and-down rollercoaster.
Given how much we cared for one another, David and I both wanted this relationship to succeed.
“I regretfully decided to break up with you and go our own ways not long ago.
“We hope that our privacy will be respected during this difficult time because breakups are never easy for any couple.
“We had a great time together, and I will treasure the memories we created.
“Thank you for your ongoing support,” she continued.
“It’s been so lovely to have you follow our Love Island journeys together since the villa and we hope you’ll continue to follow our careers as we go off in our own directions.”
Ekin-Su said that Davide had “hurt her” when she appeared on Celebrity Big Brother.
She thought she was more interested in Davide than he was in her, Ekin-Su said.
Speaking candidly about their breakup, Davide claims that they came to a “joint decision” to do so.
He went on to say that people “grow apart” even though he “saw a future” for the two of them.
Cheating rumours
The Sun disclosed that Davide had been communicating with a woman by the name of Harriet Wilson.
Ekin-Su spotted a photo of two women wearing Davide’s sweatshirts on her Homecomings television show.
Speaking candidly about the news, she stated: I didn’t want to come across as a maniac venting on him since I was aware of the cameras. But it pierced my heart like a knife.
In fact, I had met one of the females at a party on New Year’s Eve.
She asked if I wanted to get coffee anytime and was incredibly sweet.
Fans were also taken aback when Ekin-Su revealed that Davide had phonily proposed to her.
She claims to have realized their relationship was finished at that point, although Davide has denied this.
“Liar,” “actress,” and “fake like a Louis Vuitton from China,” he continued.
Love Island return
On January 13, 2025, Ekin-Su, who is a cast member of Love Island: All Stars, will return to the villa.
Marcel Somerville and Gabby Allen, two other fan favorites, will accompany her.

Ekin-Su was named the “number one priority for casting producers” by one television source.
They continued: “Ekin’s in her 30s now too, she really wants to meet someone genuine who she can settle down with and after seeing it happen for last year’s All Stars winners, she’s keeping her fingers crossed she can be next.”
