The Washington Commanders defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday, and Detroit will play them on Saturday in the Divisional Round of the NFC Playoffs.
The game will take place at Ford Field on January 18 at 8 p.m.

Washington has won all three of the previous playoff meetings between the Lions and Commanders.
The teams will play each other for the first time this season. Detroit has an 8-point advantage.
After being sidelined by an injury during week 15, David Montgomery is anticipated to make a comeback. Prior to his injury, he has 12 touchdowns and 775 yards of rushing this season.
