Shedeur Sanders refuses to be touched by anyone from Colorado Buffaloes after being left without multi-million insurance

As the NFL Draft draws near, SHEDEUR Sanders is taking particular care of himself.

When it comes to safeguarding himself before his NFL career, the quarterback for the Colorado Buffaloes isn’t taking any chances.

As the draft draws closer, Sanders joked with his Colorado teammates that no one is permitted to touch him.

With 4,134 passing yards and 37 touchdowns, the young quarterback had a stellar 2024 season.

His squad got to play in the Alamo Bowl, but they were only one victory away from a Big 12 title berth.

Sanders maintained his chances of winning the Heisman Trophy this season by throwing just 10 interceptions.

But in the end, his teammate Travis Hunter raised the prize.

Despite missing out on the coveted honor, Sanders and Hunter are still expected to be selected in the first round of the draft.

It is anticipated that teams like the New York Giants, Cleveland Browns, and Las Vegas Raiders will be interested in Sanders.

Sanders claims he no longer has an insurance policy, despite the fact that he is a hot commodity as a result of all this interest.

The quarterback is ensuring that his teammates maintain their distance as a result.

“Remember not to touch. “You guys no longer have any insurance on me,” Shedeur jokingly said.

Shedeur had a $18 million insurance policy with Colorado in case he was injured while playing in the Alamo Bowl.

Thankfully, he was unharmed, but until he gets signed to an NFL club, he is currently without protection.

However, it is somewhat unclear which roster Sanders will ultimately be on.

The Giants, Browns, and Raiders are all interested in Sanders, as was previously revealed.

He is not projected to be as good of a player as other draft prospects, though.
