On Sunday night, an effective alarm system deterred the invader before he could take anything. Many people are worried about the attempted crime and want the guy apprehended before he breaks in again.

As shown above, personal security cameras captured the blatant effort to break into the house.

The homeowner, who wishes to remain anonymous, was appalled by what she witnessed on Sunday night’s footage from her home security cameras.

The homeowner told FOX 2 that “the kids were frightened, everyone was scared, but police were on sight in seconds.”

Her alarm company called them first to let them know something was amiss. They observed what transpired after going over the footage from her several cameras.

A man enters the garage by walking up the driveway, splinters the wood in the door frame, and appears to have a strong shoulder.

“He goes up to open the front door, and the sirens have already gone off for the alarm,” stated the homeowner.

The burglar was stopped in his tracks by the home alarm system. He left in the same manner, strolled back down the driveway in a composed manner, and vanished into the darkness.

Although they are aware of additional complaints of attempted break-ins in nearby cities, police informed FOX 2 they are unable to confirm whether or not the culprit is the same at this time. Officers are working hard on the house invasion and are hoping that the public will provide information that may result in an arrest shortly.
