United States Against Threats, Montana Officials Rally Behind Israel Following Attack by Iran
MISSOULA, Montana – Following news on Saturday that Iran was attacking Israel, representatives from Montana posted remarks endorsing Israel.
On Sunday, Sen. Steve Daines issued the following statement:
“I use every word imaginable to denounce Iran’s unprecedented direct onslaught against Israel. Additionally, I want to thank the courageous men and women who defended Israel and our top security priorities.
Since taking office, President Biden has only attempted to appear weak in the face of the Iranian regime. He reversed President Trump’s policy of applying the maximum amount of pressure on Iran, tried to arrange a prisoner swap worth $6 billion, and most recently allowed the UN sanctions on Iran’s ballistic missiles and drones to expire.

These are the same missiles and drones that were fired upon Israel, our partner. Additionally, Iran still provides financial support to Hamas, which is still holding captives from its October 7 attack, including five Americans.
“The Biden administration and Senate Democrats need to change their ways now. Together with our friend Israel, we must take decisive action to halt Iran’s appalling pursuit of nuclear weapons as well as its strong support for lethal terrorist organizations.
