Andrew Tate FREED from house arrest after 5 months as Romanian sex crimes probe into shamed influencer hangs by a thread
After five months, Andrew Tate and his brother were released from home detention, according to his legal team.
The shamed couple, who are accused of rape, human trafficking, and sexual assault, were detained at their Romanian residence.
Tate and his brother Tristan are still under probation and must stay in Romania.
“The Romanian courts have today lifted the house arrest imposed on Andrew Emory Tate and replaced it with judicial control (probation),” the brothers’ attorneys stated in a statement.
“This decision is a major step forward because it gives Andrew the freedom to travel anywhere in Romania as long as he complies with the necessary legal requirements.
This occurs one month after the judge returned the first file to the prosecutors after refusing to put it to trial.
