The ‘Pop-Up Food Pantry’ at VA Ann Arbor provides 60 veterans with free monthly access to premium groceries.

Volunteers are currently distributing the last of the food, but officials emphasize that there won’t be any more after today. When FOX 2 contacted the VA to find out why the pantry was closing, we got a statement that said, in part:
“The contract with our charitable organization is currently under review and has caused us to temporarily pause our pop-up food pantry.”
“But they will be missed for the quality food,” Gaston remarked.
