Anonymous Walmart shopper still sitting on $139 million unclaimed Powerball ticket as officials urge to check numbers
A LUCKY Walmart customer has unintentionally won an incredible $139 million prize, but they need to move quickly.
Months have passed since the Powerball jackpot was won, and the winner has yet to be revealed.
Someone has unwittingly been a multimillionaire for more than five months.
On July 3, the ticket matched the Powerball and all five numbers, winning the enormous fortune.
However, all that is known about the winner is that they are from Ohio and shop at Walmart.
Lotto officials disclosed that the winning ticket was purchased at a Walmart location in Huber Heights, close to Dayton.

In addition to the red Powerball 22, it has the following numbers: 02, 26, 33, 55, and 57.
You should thus start looking through all of your old coat pockets and purses in case you have the winning ticket if you play Powerball and shop at that Walmart.
This year, the $139.3 million victory was the sixth Powerball jackpot to be won.
When the Powerball Lottery winner finally gets their money, they will have to make a difficult choice.
“The lucky ticket holder in Ohio will have the choice between an annuitized prize of $139.3 million or a lump sum payment of $66.5 million,” according to a news release from Powerball.
Since both prize selections are before taxes have been imposed, the winner will not receive the entire amount regardless of which option they select.
However, they will receive an immediate payout and 29 yearly installments that increase by 5% annually if they choose to pursue the annuitized reward.
The crucial question for the unidentified winner, however, is not what choice they will select but rather how much time they have left to submit a claim.
Powerball winners in Ohio have only 180 days to redeem their prizes.
The winner has less than a month to locate their ticket and visit the lottery office to pick up their winnings because the numbers were selected on July 3.

The Power Play option, which was X2 in that draw, was chosen by the unidentified winner.
As a result, the win’s worth quadrupled from $1 million to $2 million.
On November 30, the Powerball was 25 and the winning numbers were 4, 24, 29, 39, and 63.
Although they were fortunate enough to double their profits, the player missed out on the $212 million jackpot after correctly guessing all five numbers but not the Powerball.
