Authorities Uncover Bodies Near Car Linked to Missing Florida Woman

Kissimmee, Florida – In a forested region, two remains were discovered close to a car that belonged to a Florida woman who was reported missing earlier this month.

The finding was made on Saturday by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, following the April 7 complaint of missing persons from Kissimmee regarding 25-year-old Claudia Pena and her husband, Nicolas Alvarez.

The pair allegedly made two appearances in and out of Pena’s mother’s home before going missing, captured on camera by a Ring doorbell.

The remains of two bodies were discovered by deputies in a nearby forested area after they spotted the Pena family’s vehicle, according to the sheriff’s office. According to the police, the act seems to be an “isolated incident.”

Although the remains have not been conclusively confirmed as belonging to the couple who vanished, Pena’s clothing on one of the bodies matches what she was wearing when she vanished.

Right now, efforts are being made by the medical examiner’s office to identify the remains.
