The blunder-prone president sent journalists into a frenzy as their cameras searched for the 81-year-old whenworld leadersgathered for a final picture, in Rio de Janeiro,Brazil.
Reporters were not the only ones left confused as these heads of state also seemed perplexed.
Several leaders looked around as they were unsure if they were to leave the stage or wait forBidento return.

They are telling them to wait for Biden.
A reporter was then heard saying the group photo had been taken without him.
Oh my God but they took it, she said.
He s behind the palm tree right now, she added.
The camera then shot over to the left of the stage as it frantically looked through people to find the US president.
I don t see him, another reporter was heard saying.
Instead of the US president typically being front and center of these G20 classic group photos it was India s Narendra Modi who stood next to Brazil s Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
Biden finally appeared as he joined a huddle with Canada s Prime MinisterJustin Trudeauand Italy s Prime MinisterGiorgia Meloni.
Despite his public gaffe, Biden calmly put his sunglasses on and carried on talking to his Western allies.
Annoyed American officials blamed Biden s absence on logistical issues and said the photo was taken too soon, according to theMailOnline.
Biden had reportedly missed out on the image as he was making his way to the stage, against the backdrop of the city s famous Sugarloaf Mountain, as he was in a meeting with Trudeau.
The Canadian and Italian Prime Ministers also missed out on the group photo.
They took the photo early before all the leaders had arrived, an American official told reporters.
So a number of the leaders weren’t actually there.
MAKES JOE SENSE
Biden s presidency has been full of major and minor gaffes.
For example, he recently asked a reporter if she could be hit in the head by a camera in acringe-worthy attempt to dodge a questionabout Israel and Gaza.
This happened following a meeting with Israeli President Isaac Herzog at the White House to discuss the conflict in Gaza and Lebanon as well as the release of hostages.
Shortly before the meeting, Israeli journalist Neria Kraus asked Biden: “Do you think we can get a hostage deal by the end of your term?”
In an apparent attempt to avoid answering the question, the President responded: “Do you think you can keep from getting hit in the head by a camera behind you?”
This comes as a former Kamala Harris aideblamed Biden s gaffesas “the singular reason” the Vice President lost the election, The U.S. Sun has previously reported.
