‘BiG’ Fatal Allegations! Utah Man Charged With Providing Fentanyl In Deadly Christmas Incident
Salt Lake City — This week, a Utah County man was charged nationally after it was alleged that he provided the fentanyl that killed a woman on Christmas morning.
On Christmas Eve 2023, Jared Kory Titcomb, 28, of Spanish Fork, is accused of giving the woman the fentanyl. A family member discovered her dead the following morning, and the U.S. District Attorney’s Office stated that her use of fentanyl was the cause.
After looking into the matter, law authorities allegedly discovered that the woman had contacted Titcomb on Christmas Eve in order to get the deadly medication.
These investigations also showed that the woman had fentanyl in her system when she passed away and that she had overdosed on drugs.
Titcomb was consequently accused of distributing fentanyl which caused death.
The Utah County Major Crimes Task Force and the Spanish Fork Police Department are both looking into this case.
As of right now, no additional information is available.
Charges are merely accusations. Until and unless they are shown to be guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, everyone who is apprehended is deemed innocent.
