Billy Ray Cyrus Liberty Ball performance hit by tech issues just hours after Carrie Underwood inauguration problems

Billy Ray Cyrus experienced a musical incident when his musical equipment failed during the concert for President Donald Trump’s inauguration.

The 63-year-old country music icon’s equipment seemed to malfunction while he was performing at Capital One Arena in Washington, DC.

When the problems arose, he was playing the 2018 hit song Old Town Road, which he had featured on with rapper Lil Nas X.

The accident occurred just hours after Carrie Underwood, another artist at the Inauguration, experienced technical difficulties.

Viewers’ attention was immediately captured by Cyrus’ on-stage troubles.

“Billy Ray Cyrus had one job to do and he f**ked it up,” a user on X, the former name for Twitter, commented.

As Underwood, 41, got ready to play for President Donald Trump, she was heard mouthing that her backing track wasn’t functioning.
