Blake Lively hits back at Justin Baldoni in new war over leaked It Ends With Us footage
Regarding the unedited video that Justin Baldoni made public from It Ends With Us, BLAKE Lively has spoken out.

As they danced in the movie’s last scene, the 37-year-old star, who is married to Ryan Reynolds, said that the recently leaked video demonstrated that she felt uneasy around the 40-year-old Justin.
According to TMZ, Justin’s team provided ten minutes of unedited, raw footage, which they think totally disproves Blake’s allegation of sexual harassment.
However, Blake’s team has stated that the video is “damning” even if Justin’s side believes it disproves her claims and the evidence has been made public.
Blake’s legal team responded to the video by saying: “Justin Baldoni and his lawyer may hope that this latest stunt will get ahead of the damaging evidence against him, but the video itself is damning.”

Additionally, her team told MailOnline that Justin is seen “repeatedly leaning in toward Ms. Lively” in the footage.
He continued “attempting to kiss her, kissing her forehead, rubbing his face and mouth against her neck” as they leaned in closer.
Additionally, they assert that Justin was “talking with her out of character, caressing her, telling her how good she smells, and flicking her lip with his thumb.”
Each frame “corroborates, to the letter, what Ms. Lively described in Paragraph 48 of her Complaint,” they noted.
Justin improvised “every moment” of the video, according to Blake’s crew, “without discussion or consent in advance, and no intimacy coordinator present.”
Blake was not pretending, they added, as the video showed her constantly “asking for the characters to just talk” when she leaned away from Justin.
As they approach, the two can be heard and seen talking about their noses in the video. They both laugh when Justin mentions how large his nose is.
NEW FOOTAGE REVEALED
Blake responds that she’s most likely getting her spray tan on Justin after he tells her that he’s probably getting his beard on her.
She responds that the smell is from her body cosmetics after he informs her that her spray tan “smells good” and they both chuckle.
Alongside claims of sexual harassment, Blake has also accused Justin offat-shaming her, showing her nude videos and pictures, and claimed he and his team orchestrated a smear campaign to ruin her reputation.
Statement from Justin Baldoni’s lawyer
Justin Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, gave The U.S. Sun the following statement regarding the recent case.
According to Freedman, “this lawsuit is based on an overwhelming amount of untampered evidence detailing Blake Lively and her team’s devious attempt to destroy Justin Baldoni, his team, and their respective companies by disseminating grossly edited, unsubstantiated, new, and doctored information to the media.”
“This is a struggle she will not win and will undoubtedly regret, as evidenced by our own entire willingness to release all comprehensive text messages, emails, video footage, and other documented proof that was communicated between the parties in real time.
“Blake Lively either purposefully and consciously distorted the truth, or her team seriously misled her.
“Ms. Lively will never be permitted to take advantage of true victims of harassment for the sake of enhancing her own reputation at the detriment of people in positions of authority.
Remember that before they ever filed a lawsuit, Ms. Lively and her crew tried to destroy livelihoods and reputations for incredibly self-serving purposes by manipulating the media in a dangerous way.
“The public now knows the truth, just as we do. Documents don’t lie, therefore Justin and his colleagues have nothing to conceal.
In reaction to Blake’s complaint, Justin has sued the actress, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and two publicists in federal court.

In a different lawsuit, Justin is accusing The New York Times of working with Blake’s public relations team to promote a “unverified and self-serving narrative” while disregarding his evidence.
In a statement, the publication’s spokeswoman, Danielle Rhoades, said: The accusations made against The New York Times in this new action are unfounded and rehashed from the litigation that was filed against The Times in California.
