Brit female tourist found dead in Vietnam in tragic mystery as cops discover empty liquor bottles in room

In Vietnam, a British woman was unexplainably discovered dead in a hotel room.

Several empty liquor bottles were discovered thrown in the room, according to the police.

A little after 11.15 a.m. on Boxing Day, police were called to the villa in H i An.

The body of the British visitor, who was about 33 years old, was discovered in a room.

In another room, a deceased South African male was found.

Beginning in July, both had signed up for long-term temporary housing at the tourist villa.

While they investigate the deaths, police have roped off the rooms.

It follows the death of a British traveler who was on vacation in Thailand and experienced a bad reaction to magic mushrooms.

The 25-year-old vacationer purchased the hallucinogenic substance from a store in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand, while he and his girlfriend were on Christmas break.

His boyfriend acknowledged that they had purchased the products over the counter from a neighboring cannabis store called The Glory Days when medics showed up at the opulent resort where he was staying and asked him questions.

In Thailand, dispensaries are permitted to sell cannabis.

Following a successful undercover operation, police raided the store and detained the owner on suspicion of trafficking category 5 drugs.

In the store room, police allegedly discovered sacks carrying seven kilograms of magic mushrooms.

Worapong Khamluea, the investigating police general, stated: “The tourist and his girlfriend had been snapping photos at the famed Tha Pae Gate before they proceeded to a store and purchased magic mushrooms.

After consuming them in their hotel room, he fainted forty minutes later due to a response to the chemical that caused him to foam at the mouth.

“When officers first inspected the store, they didn’t find any mushrooms there, but they did find them in the owner’s storage area.

“Four suspects were arrested, including the owner and three employees.”
