CBS make major broadcast announcement involving Kansas City Chiefs for AFC Championship Game showdown

AFC Championship broadcasting will undergo a significant adjustment, according to CBS.

A brand-new camera perspective will be used in the Kansas City Chiefs versus. Buffalo Bills game broadcast.

After experimenting with the idea during last year’s Super Bowl, CBS is reintroducing the “Doink Cam.”

If any team hits a field goal off the uprights, spectators will be able to see it up close thanks to this unique camera viewpoint.

“If anyone DOINKs a kick in the AFC Championship, we’ll be ready,” the NFL on CBS wrote on X.

The Washington Commanders’ lackluster performance in one of this season’s divisional games was obviously noticed by CBS.

They won the game, though, because the doinked kick still went through the uprights.

While on the call for that game, NBC did not have a “Doink Cam” of that kind available.

The notorious “Double Doink” ended the season for the Chicago Bears a few years ago.

Fans are thrilled about the prospect of the camera being used, and CBS will be ready if there is a doink on Sunday.

“Every game should have that!” exclaimed one fan.

Another fan remarked, “Knowing the Chiefs, they’ll probably doink in a game winner,”

A third fan added, “Tyler bass cam,”

A fourth fan commented, “Butker game winner doink as time expires,”

A fifth fan questioned, “Why does it feel tailored made for Tyler Bass?”

One of the most important kicks in NFL history would occur if a doink occurred during the AFC Championship.
