Conor McGregor’s party lifestyle laid bare with boozy nightclub binges & drug use – as jury finds he assaulted woman

Before a jury determined that Conor McGregor did assault a lady, his late-night party practices were exposed in civil court.

The 36-year-old McGregor’s drug use, parties, and drunken nightclub outings were all discussed during the civil trial.

Irish mixed martial arts athlete McGregor, who is estimated to be worth over 160 million, admitted that he frequently reserved hotel rooms after nights out, even though he and his partner rented a lavish property.

A jury in McGregor’s civil lawsuit found him guilty of assaulting Nikita Hand at a Dublin hotel on Friday.

Ms. Hand, 35, claimed that the athlete had raped and physically assaulted her in a penthouse at the Beacon Hotel in south Dublin.

The mother of a child, also known as Nikita Ni Laimhin, lost her lawsuit against James Lawrence, a guy she claimed had assaulted her by having intercourse with her at the same hotel without her consent.

Following a Christmas night out on December 9, 2018, McGregor claimed to have had consensual intercourse with Ms. Hand.

At the time, McGregor and his fiancée Dee Devlin were renting a $1 million (3830,000) house in a posh neighborhood inside a five-star Kildare resort.

He said that he asked a security officer at his house to drive him to a club night in Dublin because he intended to drink there after learning about it.

McGregor ordered rounds of drinks to a private table inside the Krystle nightclub after the party had moved there.

According to the MMA athlete, they then drove out to find an after party.

At 4.30 am, McGregor told the trial, he had ordered his security officer to reserve a hotel room for him.

He said that in the past, he had reserved hotels for nights out so that he could go there to sleep, take a shower, and have breakfast before returning home.

McGregor said he would use the rooms for after parties but refuted rumors that he would reserve them to bring back girls for sex.

The athlete claimed that after leaving the Krystle nightclub, he was with a group of women who were driven around in his car before being dropped off at their homes.

John Gordon, Ms. Hand’s attorney, recommended that McGregor get in touch with Ms. Hand as a stand-in after the women departed.

However, he disputed this, saying he intended to spend the rest of the evening with Ms. Hand and her friend Danielle Kealy because they were still having a good time.

The previous evening, Ms. Hand and McGregor had communicated on Instagram.

McGregor was driven to her hair salon after receiving more texts, and he picked her and Ms. Kealy up about ten in the morning.

During the trial, McGregor also acknowledged that he had cocaine in his vehicle.

After picking up McGregor’s friend James Lawrence, they proceeded to the penthouse suite of the Beacon Hotel, which McGregor had paid for.

Shortly after noon, bottles of alcoholic beverages were brought to the room, and condoms were purchased using McGregor’s bank card.

McGregor denied raping her in the suite’s bedroom, as claimed by Ms. Hand.

They both concurred that no condom was used.

Ms. Hand talked about feeling scared for her life, whereas the mixed martial arts fighter characterized the atmosphere during their stay in the penthouse room as joyful, fun, and full of energy.

Ms. Hand testified for two and a half days, her voice trembling as she described to the jury how she had been attacked, how she had fought to escape McGregor, and how she had feared she would never see her tiny daughter again.

A security guard picked up McGregor after the hotel and drove him home, taking Ms. Kealy with him.

Lawrence and Ms. Hand stayed at the hotel, and Lawrence claimed to have had two sexual encounters with her using the condoms he had obtained from the security guard.

She told her friend she had been raped without naming the perpetrator after leaving the hotel, claiming she had no memory of having sex with Lawrence.

On Friday, Ms. Hand’s case against Lawrence was unsuccessful.

However, she prevailed in her lawsuit against McGregor, and the civil court granted her 248,603.60 euros in damages.

Ms. Hand, whose real name is Nikita Ni Laimhin, claimed that she was severely injured and afflicted with PTSD as a result of the attack following a night of partying.
