In the midst of their season’s collapse, Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy has given his team a clear message.
The 2024–25 NFL season has been a complete bust for the NFC East club thus far.
With a 3-7 record, they have no chance of making it to the playoffs, much less the Super Bowl.
With a 34-10 home loss to the Houston Texans on Monday Night Football, their season took yet another terrible turn.
It has been suggested that McCarthy could bench seasoned players to observe up-and-coming talent.
However, the coach informed reporters he would not be doing that because he is battling to keep his job.

As the year came to a close, he also delivered a note to Micah Parsons and the other team leaders.
“Dude, this is it. “We suffered seven defeats,” McCarthy stated on Tuesday.
“We must leave. facing the wall.
“We had to battle, scratch, and claw. To win the next game, we must use every effort.
“I’m thinking about that right now. That is the expectation, and that is what I will coach.
“We must prevail. We are worthy of victory. We deserve the chance to win, you know.

And putting the greatest people out there is the goal. We are also young at the moment.

McCarthy is clinging to his position with owner Jerry Jones, who is becoming impatient with the outcome.
