Wayne Northrop, a former actor from Dynasty and Days of Our Lives, passed away at the age of 77.
His spokeswoman Cynthia Snyder confirmed the tragic news, stating that Northrop passed away on Friday at the Motion Picture and Television Woodland Hills Home, an assisted care facility for those in the film industry.
The TV personality has spent six years battling Alzheimer’s.
In a statement, Lynn Herring Northrop, Northrop’s wife, said: “He passed away in his family’s embrace.
We want to express our gratitude to The Motion Picture and Television Home, the most wonderful and compassionate facility, for providing him with such excellent care.
“Wayne’s wit and sense of humor touched a lot of people.
