According to McElwee, the males admitted to firing at least five shots into another vehicle near Saco after a fight over drugs that occurred in February. At least one month before the drive-by shooting, the men are also accused of trafficking cocaine in and around Saco and Biddeford. This is a charge that has been brought against them.
