Dentist who ‘poisoned wife to death’ facing fresh charges after ‘plotting to kill detective’ working on case
A dentist who is suspected of poisoning his wife has been charged with plotting to assassinate a police officer who is looking into the matter.
James Craig allegedly used poisoned shakes to murder his wife of over 20 years, Angela.
It was discovered that she had chemicals found in eye drops in her system when she passed away in 2023.
Craig entered a not guilty plea to the charges of her murder.
However, new charges have been brought against him.
Craig has now been charged by police with first-degree solicitation to commit murder and first-degree solicitation to commit perjury.

According to an Aurora Police Department source who spoke to the Associated Press, Craig, who is currently incarcerated, allegedly attempted to persuade an inmate to murder an officer who is looking into the possible murder case.
The dentist now faces six charges in total as a result of the additional fees.

According to court documents, Angela, a mother of six, visited the hospital three times in March of last year before passing away.
