Diddy accused of drugging & sexually assaulting two women at Trump Hotel in latest bombshell lawsuit to hit shamed star
A new lawsuit accuses disgraced musician Sean “Diddy” Combs of drugging two women and coercing them into having sex at Donald Trump’s hotel in New York City.
The shocking lawsuit against the disgraced musician was filed by a former bottle service attendant and a woman who was thought to be her acquaintance.
Both women claimed to have been sexually attacked at the Trump Hotel in Manhattan in the 1990s, and they filed the lawsuits using the alias Jane Doe.
She went to the Limelight nightclub in New York City, where Diddy was having an event, according to the bottle service attendant.
The upper two floors of the five-story club were set aside for a sex party, according to this Jane Doe.
According to court records obtained by TMZ, the complainant stated that she and her friend were compelled to return to a penthouse suite at the Trump Hotel with Diddy, despite the fact that she was not assaulted at the nightclub.

The bottle service attendant said that Diddy made a club promoter rape her while the disgracedrapper reportedly looked on, and that the women were coerced into engaging in group sex.
According to the lawsuit, “Combs made it clear that they did not have a choice.”
Jane Doe claimed that several other guys were there in the room when she and her friend were drugged and held captive.
At a 1997 party at Diddy’s Hamptons home, the complainant also said that, at the music mogul’s request, she was drugged and sexually assaulted by partygoers.
According to the original Jane Doe, she went to work as a bottle service attendant because a friend told her she could earn $2,000 that evening.
According to TMZ, she also “recalls seeing Combs fully naked at one point and witnessing another man sodomizing him” in her lawsuit.
According to TMZ, a woman who is thought to be the first Jane Doe’s acquaintance filed a second lawsuit, alleging that Diddy and other partygoers assaulted her at the music moguls’ request.
According to the second complainant, she also returned to the Trump Hotel from the Limelight nightclub, where she said a security guard had drugged and sexually assaulted her in front of Diddy.
The locked-up artist has been the target of numerous legal lawsuits, all of which he has denied, including this shocking civil claim.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” the rapper’s legal team has previously stated.
“In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone man or woman, adult or minor.”
Attorney Tony Buzbee, who has brought other civil proceedings against Diddy, filed these lawsuits.
The Sun has previously reported on a recent instance in which Buzbee’s client claimed Diddy destroyed his career by raping and assaulting him in what appeared to be a drug-fueled sex attack.
The unnamed man charged sexual assault and conspiracy against the discredited musician and his business, Bad Boy Entertainment.
Diddy’s downfall
By Forrest McFarland, Senior Reporter for The U.S. Sun, who has covered Diddy’s court cases for years
Prior to Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest in September, there was a lot of conjecture that the rap artist would end up behind bars after he was subjected to a number of unsettling allegations and had two of his houses seized by the federal government.
On September 17, his escalating legal issues reached a climax when he was accused with three federal offenses, including sex trafficking, for allegedly coercing victims into attending drug-fueled sex parties he dubbed “Freak Offs.”
The U.S. Sun exclusively disclosed that the federal agents looking into Combs were surreptitiously communicating with prosecutors probing Tupac Shakur’s murder regarding gangland operations just hours before his arrest.
Additionally, the development followed Combs’ 77-name appearance in prosecutors’ paperwork related to the Tupac death case.
In addition to the Tupac investigation, Combs was already dealing with a number of cases, one of which he settled with Cassie Ventura, his ex-girlfriend, after she accused him of rape and abuse.
Unsettling hotel security footage from 2016 shows Combs pursuing Cassie before hitting, punching, and kicking her in a hallway.
When federal authorities raided two of Combs’ residences in March 2024, they found 1,000 bottles of lubricant that were part of his “Freak Off” supplies, three AR-15s, and cocaine.
Combs is also facing a number of lawsuits alleging sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking that date back to the early 1990s, in addition to his federal criminal accusations.
In February 2024, music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a lawsuit alleging Combs coerced him into hiring prostitutes and engaging in sex activities while he was working on his most recent record.
Although Combs has entered a not guilty plea to the federal sex trafficking allegations against him and denied any culpability, his fight is far from finished.
If found guilty on all counts, he could spend the rest of his life behind bars.
According to John Doe, the rapper forced the vocalist into having sex by promising her a record deal.
According to one complainant, he met Diddy at a nightclub in Los Angeles where he performed in 2015. One of Diddy’s entourage informed the budding rapper that if he did well that evening, he could be able to get a deal with Bad Boy Records.

According to John Doe, he was then invited to the nightclub’s VIP section, which was populated by the music mogul and other “well-known” performers.
Consequently, the lawsuit also claimed Diddy performed oral sex on John Doe by grabbing his genitalia.
