Dollar Tree apologizes for ‘poor experience’ in stores after shopper backlash revealed ‘mess’ in every aisle
DOLLAR TREE has had to apologise to staff, who have been left raging about mess in every aisle.
Taking to X, shoppers shared pictures of the mess, alongside their grievances with the store.
One upset shoppers shared images of her local store, which showed the aisles littered with cardboard boxes and miscellaneous items.
The shelves looked mostly bare, with all of the products seeming to have fallen on the floor.
“This is the worst Dollar Tree I’ve ever been in,” the shopper raged/

In another X post, a second shopper posted a similar picture, which showed an aisle you couldn’t even walk down, as it was covered in cardboard boxes.
“This is your store right now in Fayetteville, GA. Jebus!!!!!” the shopper raged.
Dollar Tree responded to both posts with the same message, which read: “We are sorry to hear that you had a poor experience in one of our stores, and we thank you for your message.
“Please provide us with the exact address of the location where this happened, so we may have this addressed.”
And these aren’t the only shoppers who have been left unimpressed with the service in Dollar Tree.
Shoppers have shared their frustrations on a Reddit thread, where they were asked to share which store they liked the least.
Many users agreed that Dollar Tree was their most hated, with the top comment calling it a “complete mess and disorganized no matter which one you go into.”
Another user wrote, “They also never have what you need. Someone will order some super high-end hair product and I’m like…. This is a Dollar Tree.”
A person claiming to be an employee said they worked there for six years and while they can find everything “it kind of has organization just not much.”

Another person claiming to work at Dollar Tree said the pay “never seems to be worth it for the hassle.”
However, one person said they love shopping at the store but working there can be rough.
