Don’t Miss Out: Fireworks Extravaganza for Pride on the Pier at The Wharf!
DEBARYLIFE – The fifth annual Pride on the Pier and fireworks spectacular will return on Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 2–10 p.m. as part of D.C. Pride weekend, as proudly announced by The Washington Blade and The Wharf.
The city’s celebration of LGBTQ visibility is extended to the bustling Southwest waterfront with this colorful event, which is rounded off at 9 p.m. by the stunning Pride on the Pier Fireworks Show presented by the Leonard-Litz Foundation.
There will be a wide range of fun events and entertainment available for people of all ages at the District Pier, such as DJs, drag shows, dancing, and more. Those who are 21 years of age and up can also purchase alcoholic beverages.
Throughout the evening, local DJs Eletrox, Heat, and Honey will maintain a high level of energy:
Capital Pride Parade on the Big Screen at 3 p.m.

All ages are welcome to attend this free program! A VIP space will be available at the Dockmasters Building for those looking for a more upscale experience.
VIP hours are from 6 to 9 p.m. and 2 to 5 p.m. Savor the open bar, catering, private restroom, air-conditioned lounge, and a front-row seat to the fireworks.
