DEBARYLIFE – The Aurora Borealis will be more active for the second night in a row tonight due to another geomagnetic storm.
This evening, portions of Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia will be able to see the aurora. The best time to see the aurora is between 9 p.m. to midnight, but it will remain visible until 2 a.m.
This evening, the aurora may be visible in areas above the red line; further north, more aurora activity is anticipated.

Regarding the weather for this evening, StormTracker 13 meteorologists say that as the evening wears on, the clouds will start to break and dry weather is anticipated for the aurora.
