DETROIT (FOX 2):In a landlord-tenant altercation on Tuesday afternoon on Detroit’s west side, a man was shot several times and died as a result.

Around 2:20 p.m., the victim, who is in his 40s, was shot in the Kentfield neighborhood’s 15900 block. After being taken to the hospital, he passed away from his wounds.

A firearm was found, a warrant was sent to the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, and the shooter, who is in his 50s, has been placed under arrest.
