Drake looks to rent out his $88m Beverly Hills mansion for $250k a month as he struggles to sell 25k-square-foot estate
Drake is currently renting out his enormous $88 million mega-mansion in Los Angeles for a premium price tag since he is still having trouble selling it.
According to recent ads, the U.S. Sun can confirm that the price of the Drake’shuge Beverly Hills house is $250,000 per month.
Drake only purchased the opulent home in 2022, but it boasts an amazing 10 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms in the desirable 90210 zip code.
The 24,757-square-foot house, which is perched on a mountainside just above Benedict Canyon, features a tennis court, a pool, and verdant grounds.
It also features a library and a gourmet kitchen with a walk-in pantry and breakfast room.
After spending $75 million on the house, Drake listed it for sale within a year.

Built in 2001, the house was previously owned by British singer Robbie Williams and his wife, Ayda, who paid $32,670,000 for it in 2015.
It’s unclear if any modifications have been done since it was created for GUESS co-founder Armand Marciano by famed architect KAA Design Group.
Before the house was relisted in May of this year, the Canadian rapper, who spends more time in Toronto, took it off the market because he was having trouble selling it.
While he searches for a buyer, the home is now also for rent.
In addition, the Tuscan-style house features an orchard, a wine cellar, a game room, a gym, an elevator, and a garage that can accommodate eleven automobiles.
CANADIAN ROOTS
Drake also owns a 50,000-square-foot estate on Toronto’s “Millionaire’s Row,” or Bridle Path, neighborhood, which he refers to as “The Embassy.”
The star’s Instagram account frequently showcases an NBA-sized court with a pyramidal roof.
Drake’s long-running spat with fellow rapper Kendrick Lamar is causing him yet more trouble.
This Monday, he filed a defamation lawsuit against Universal Music Group over his rival’s diss song “Not Like Us.”
In the suit,Drakesaid Universal Music Group (UMG) “knew full well” the lyrics, images, and music video by Lamar accused him of being a pedophile, according toTMZ.
According to Drake, the record label made a lot of effort to get the song to the top of the charts.
The superstar also said they played a role in ensuring Lamar headlined the upcomingSuper Bowlhalftime show, the lawsuit read.
Drake claimed the reason behind the big game slot is for Lamar to perform the diss track on the massive stage, which he calls “one of the most significant (and viewed) cultural events of the year.”
“This lawsuit is not about the artist who created ‘Not Like Us,'” the complaint stated.
“It is, instead, entirely about UMG, the music company that decided to publish, promote, exploit, and monetize” the tune.
BOMBSHELL LAWSUIT
The lawsuit added that UMG’s campaign was “intended to convey the specific, unmistakable, and false factual allegation that Drake is a criminal pedophile, and to suggest that the public should resort to vigilante justice in response.”
The complaint also references the cover art for “Not Like Us,” which features a photo of Drake’s home in Toronto, Canada.
It is dotted with markers allegedly meant to represent the presence of registered sex offenders.
In Not Like Us, Lamar accuses Drake of being a pedophile, “Certified Lover Boy, certified pedophiles / Say, Drake, I hear you like ’em young / You better not ever go to cell block one / Tryna strike a chord and it’s probably A-minor.”
In the lawsuit,Drake also raised concerns that just days after the song was released, there was a shooting at his home in which one of his security guards was injured.
Drake has accused the label of “valuing corporate greed over the safety and well-being of its artists.”
Both Drake and Lamar are signed to Universal Music Group.
The record label has not yet responded to the lawsuit and did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The two rappers have been involved in a bitter war since last March when Lamar slammed both Drake and J. Cole during a feature on Metro Boomin’s track, “Like That.”
The situation then erupted into a full-on rap beef when Drake responded with diss songs, Push Ups and Taylor Made Freestyle.
