The Christmas special will air on ESPN 2, ESPN+, and Disney+ at noon.

This follows ESPN’s use of the Simpsons to promote the NFL game between the Dallas Cowboys and Cincinnati Bengals.

Homer Simpson and Bart Simpson, two of the show’s primary characters, were made fun of for being NFL players.

Adding to Dallas’ dismal season, the Bengals defeated the Cowboys 27–20 on Tuesday at AT&T Stadium.

The most recent effort by sports broadcasters to reach younger viewers is the Mickey Mouse and Simpsons cast.

Only last year did ESPN telecast a game in Toy Story.
