ESPN star Kendrick Perkins tells SportsCenter bosses ‘we’ve got to do better’ after spotting small prop on set

Basketball fans were in stitches as NBA great Kendrick Perkins made a funny joke on ESPN’s SportsCenter.

The 40-year-old Perkins made an impression during his eight-year tenure with the Boston Celtics in the 2000s, winning the championship in 2008.

The former center now regularly appears to analyze every event and provide commentary for ESPN’s popular show.

Following the show’s announcement of the top picks, the large Texan spoke with Kevin Negandhi about the NBACup.

These are the Golden State Warriors, Dallas Mavericks, Oklahoma City Thunder, Milwaukee Bucks, and New York Knicks.

All of the previously mentioned options were displayed on a large screen in the studio.

However, same video also revealed a small Christmas tree that was positioned close to the enormous screen in SportsCenter’s enormous studio.

And it did not sit well with Perk, who, after praising Negandhi’s stylish appearance, vented his frustrations in a humorous way.

“There are two things before I start,” Perkins told SportsCenter.

“First of all, I adore the suit combination—the tie and the clip.

The problem is that the tiny a*s Christmas tree in the back of that studio is far too huge.

“We need to slightly improve that. That little slender tree… We must perform better than that.
