DETROIT (FOX 2):By providing free Uber vouchers that may be used on New Year’s Eve, the Mike Morse Law Firm is once again assisting in the effort to keep drunk drivers off the road.

Vouchers for up to $20 off trips in the Metro Detroit area between 5 p.m. on December 31 and 5 a.m. on January 1, 2025, can be claimed starting on December 26.

To be eligible for one of the 1,000 available vouchers, you must be at least 21 years old.

After being claimed, the voucher is credited to your Uber account and can be used to pay for rides during the NYE period.

Lapeer County, Livingston County, Macomb County, Monroe County, Oakland County, St. Clair County, Washtenaw County, and Wayne County are among the counties where vouchers can be used, according to the legal firm.

“By offering complimentary Uber rides, we hope to reduce the number of accidents and injuries on our roads during this festive time,” said Mike Morse, an attorney. “We want to ensure everyone has a safe and happy start to the New Year and this small gesture will make a big impact.”

A voucher will be automatically added to your Uber account after it is claimed.
