Hollywood star Jan Shepard who starred in films with Elvis Presley dies aged 96 after heartbreaking pneumonia battle

Jan Shepard, a Hollywood golden age actress, passed away at the age of 96.

Shepard gained notoriety for costarring with Elvis Presley in the films King Creole (1958) and Paradise, Hawaiian Style (1966).

On January 17, the celebrity passed away in a California hospital from pneumonia caused by respiratory failure.

Shepard had a dazzling career on television and acted with Elvis, who passed away in 1977.

She received numerous small-screen credits for her parts in westerns, such as Gunsmoke, The Virginian, and Rawhide.
